R100 Workout Challenge
The R100 challenge is still running! How close are you to completing your 100 workouts for the year?
Keep working out and send us your photos and video so we can mark off your workout!
Send your workout photos and video to email@example.com.
Challenge will run until April 15, 2020.
Workouts from Sept 2019-present will count toward your workout days.
- One workout or activity will count toward a target goal of 100 workouts.
- A minimum 30-minute workout is suggested, but we are operating on an honor system. Send us your photo/video for workout credit.
- Recreation staff are keeping track of your totals and will notify you when you have completed 100 workouts!
Kickboxing is cancelled.

Registration is just $30.00 and covers instruction & equipment for 5 weekly classes
The price can’t be beat and is only available when purchased in advance through UBC Recreation.
