Body Sculpt

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body workout that mixes cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises to challenge your limits. It’s fast-paced, fun, and designed to boost your endurance and overall fitness during high-intensity training. No experience needed—just bring your energy and get ready to sweat.
Bums & Tums
Bums & Tums is a targeted workout focusing on toning and strengthening your core and lower body. Using bodyweight and light weights, this class helps you build strength and definition in your abs, glutes, and thighs. It’s beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone looking to feel stronger and more confident.
Candlelit Yin Yoga
Candlelit Yin Yoga is a slow, calming practice focused on deep stretching and relaxation in a peaceful, low-lit setting. With longer holds and cozy vibes, it’s perfect for unwinding and releasing tension—physically and mentally. Bring a sweater and an eye pillow if you have one. No rush, no pressure—just breathe, stretch, and reset.
Country Spin
Country Spin brings the energy of indoor cycling with a fun country music twist—think upbeat rides to your favourite country hits. Expect sprints, climbs, and rhythm-based moves that keep you sweating and smiling. No experience needed—just bring your boots-and-bike attitude!
Full Body Strength
Full Body Strength is a focused workout that builds muscle and boosts endurance using weights and bodyweight exercises. It targets all major muscle groups to help you get stronger and feel more confident in your movement. All levels are welcome—come ready to challenge yourself at your own pace.
Multi-Level Yoga
Multi-Level Yoga is designed for all experience levels, offering options to challenge yourself or keep it chill depending on how you feel. Instructors guide you through a balanced flow with modifications and progressions, so everyone can move with confidence. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep into your practice, you’re welcome here.
Pilates
Pilates is a mind-body workout designed to create space and alignment in the body while strengthening the deep core and local stabilizing muscles. By regularly participating in Pilates classes, participants can expect to improve posture, core strength, coordination, body awareness and full body strength. This class is for all levels as the exercises can be modified to decrease or increase in difficulty.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fast-paced flow that blends strength, balance, and flexibility for an energizing full-body workout. Expect dynamic movement that builds heat and challenges both your body and focus. All levels are welcome—push yourself while still moving at your own pace.
Slow Sculpt
Slow Sculpt is a strength training class designed to build full-body power through slow, controlled movements. Using resistance bands, weights, and body weight exercises, you’ll target major muscle groups for deep, effective muscle engagement. With an emphasis on good form, stability, and mindful movement, it’s beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone looking to improve strength, posture, and endurance at a steady, sustainable pace.
Spin
Spin classes are high-energy indoor group cycling workouts set to music that keep you motivated and moving. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, our instructors guide you through sprints, climbs, and intervals at your own pace. It’s a fun, low-impact way to build cardio endurance and break a serious sweat. Each bike is controlled individually by the operator, so you’re welcome to push yourself or work within your individual limits – it’s up to you!
Spin 30 and Spin 45
Class style is similar to the spin class description; however, Spin 30 is 30 minutes long and Spin 45 is 45 minutes long.
Strength Circuit
Strength Circuit is a fast-paced, full-body workout that combines strength training and functional movement in timed stations. It’s designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and keep your energy high from start to finish. All fitness levels are welcome—come ready to lift, sweat, and level up.
Yoga for Everyone
Yoga is an ancient system of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that has been passed down through the generations from teacher to student. Yoga blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to help you de‑stress and increase flexibility. Our classes welcome all levels—no pretzel poses required—so you can flow at your own pace. Roll out your mat, tune into your body, and find your chill.
Zumba
Zumba is a dance-based cardio workout that feels more like a party than a fitness class. Set to upbeat Latin and global rhythms, it’s a fun way to get moving, boost your mood, and break a sweat—no dance experience needed. Just show up, follow the vibe, and let loose.
