Golf Lessons

Group lessons are a great way to learn all aspects of the game of golf with your friends in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Group lessons include 4, 1-hour sessions on Monday nights at 6pm and 7:15pm.

Run with Rec

Enjoy the outdoors and our Virtual Run with Rec! You choose your distance of 3km, 5km, 10km, 21km, or 42km.

Complete the race between June 28-July 4th. Complete all 3 Run with Recs to be entered into a draw for a UBCO hoodie!

Paddle Boarding Lessons

Join UBCO Recreation and Kelowna Paddle Centre for 3 paddle boarding lessons on Sundays at 1-2:30pm.

Cost = $45 for students & $65 for staff/faculty for 3 lessons!

10km Running Program

Join Rachel Garrett, former Heat Cross Country Athlete for a 5-week long ‘virtual’ 10 km training program starting May 28th for only $10!

The goal is to have you completing a 10km Run with Rec the week of June 28th – July 4th!
