While we adjust to new routines at home due to physical distancing measures, it is important to stay active for your physical and mental health. We are offering free virtual classes to provide a convenient way to move your body and revitalize your spirit while working and studying from home.

Need an extra push while you are at home? Push the coffee table aside and join Nikki for our virtual boot camps. These workouts are designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!
This meditation experience, affectionately called “the adult nap” due to its super battery-charging effects, as well as its calming results. In a Restorative Yoga class, poses are held in a relaxed manner for long periods of time during which practitioners are guided into meditative states. This result is a renewed and balanced self, body, mind, and soul.
Power Flow is a challenging practice moving posture to posture emphasizing breath awareness, steadiness and flexibility. Power means plugging in. Digging deeper into your potential and accessing your unique source of energy.
